Hummus Fusion with Amino Kick

This hummus with an amino kick is not only a healthy and delicious dip, but also a real eye-catcher on every table. Whether as an accompaniment to a starter platter, as a dip for flatbread, breadsticks or fresh vegetables - this hummus gives every snack an exotic and spicy note.


  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 3 tbsp Kumaio™ Aminos Sauce
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp sesame paste
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika powder, sweet
  • Optional: 2 tsp olive oil for decoration


  • Start by draining the chickpeas and placing them in a blender.
  • Add the Kumaio™ Aminos sauce, garlic, sesame paste (tahini), lemon juice, salt, cumin and paprika powder. Blend until you get a smooth, creamy mixture. If necessary, add a little water to achieve the perfect consistency.
  • For that special something, the hummus can be garnished with olive oil, fresh herbs and an extra dash of Aminos Sauce.
