Omelett mit Baguette und Gemüse mariniert mit Aminos Gewürzsauce

An omelette for breakfast is always a good idea, but with our special omelette recipe it becomes a real moment of enjoyment. The secret ingredient? Kumaio™ Aminos Sauce , which gives your morning a touch of exoticism. Whether with spring onions, mushrooms, peppers or cheese - this omelette can be adapted to your taste.


  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp Kumaio™ Aminos Sauce
  • pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper
  • 1 shot of sparkling water
  • Butter for frying
  • Spring onions, mushrooms, peppers or cheese of your choice


  • In a bowl, beat the eggs together with the Kumaio™ Aminos sauce, salt and pepper. For a fluffier omelette, stir in a splash of sparkling water.

  • Heat a large enough skillet over medium heat and add the butter. Wait until the butter has melted and evenly coats the pan.

  • Pour the egg mixture into the pan. Allow it to set over medium heat. Shake the pan occasionally so that the omelette cooks evenly.

  • Before the omelette is completely set, add your chosen toppings such as spring onions, mushrooms, peppers or cheese.

  • Once the omelette is set, carefully fold it and slide it onto a plate.
