Power Bowl with smoked salmon, couscous and cherry peppers recipe

For 4 people

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup couscous
  • 1 cup of hot water
  • 1 tbsp vegetable stock
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 500g smoked salmon
  • 1/2 cup peas, cooked
  • 1 cup cucumber sliced
  • 1/2 cup Peppadew® cherry peppers cut into strips
  • 4 tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • 80 g carrot slices
  • Lemon slices for garnishing
  • Olive oil and balsamic vinegar for the dressing

    Preparation:
    In a bowl, prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the package. Use the hot water, vegetable stock, and garlic salt.

    You can then loosen the couscous with a fork.

    Prepare the bowl by placing the couscous and all remaining ingredients evenly in the bowl and garnish with the olive oil-balsamic dressing.
