Vegan Banana Blossom Ceviche with Tacos

Are you a fan of tacos? And do you fancy a version with more vegetables that still tastes hearty? Then you should try our vegan ceviche with shredded banana blossoms . You can eat the delicious "ceviche" mixture with tacos or nachos. Both versions taste very original and leave nothing to be desired.

It’s so easy to try the new creation:

The recipe
For approx. 3-4 people


  • 1 can or jar of banana blossoms - shredded
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 1/2 red onions
  • 1 bunch of flat-leaf parsley or coriander
  • A handful of tomatoes
  • 2-3 limes
  • 1 red chili pepper
  • 3-4 tbsp coconut amino or soy sauce
  • Salt & pepper for seasoning
  • Tortillas or nachos
  • For topping individually: Avocado

This is how it is done:
Open the can of banana blossoms, drain and then put in a large bowl. Drain the corn and add. Chop the onions, chili, parsley and tomatoes and add them too. Stir everything together and season with the juice of about 1 1/2 limes, the spice sauce, salt and pepper and season to taste.

Stir everything well and then serve with small pieces of lime either with tortilla chips or with tacos! Top as needed!
